Quality assurance
Our promise to make your communication across borders simple, fast and reliable comes first. We have defined processes and experienced employees on the job to keep this promise. Your inquiries are answered quickly and reliably, the assignments are completed quickly and are always proof-read before delivery. You can depend upon our reliable deliveries.
We use twelve different quality assurance examinations, each of which is tailored to the specific type of text and assignment. Every assignment goes through at least three quality examinations, each of which is performed by a different employee.
Our claim to quality begins when the assignment is accepted by telephone, email, fax or post, and is maintained and documented, up to the point of delivery and beyond.
Quality assurance naturally also includes confidentiality and data protection. Our building and the rooms inside are protected by an alarm system with security response. After an assignment is delivered, printed texts are stored in locked rooms, and destroyed by a specialist company in compliance with the German standard DIN 32757.
The TÜV SÜD organisation has certified us under the strict European standard EN 15038, European Quality Standard for Translation Services, confirming that our quality promise is assured by appropriate processes, IT support and qualified employees.

To emphasise our claim to quality, we are a founding member of QUALITÄTSSPRACHENDIENSTE Deutschland (QSD) e.V., on its part a member of the European association EUATC. In addition, we are a member of the North-American Association of Language Companies (ALC). To continuously develop our technical skills and broaden our knowledge in the field of technical documentation, we are a member of the Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation e.V. - tekom, the German professional association for technical communication.
